What Type Of Repair Will You Need?

To identify the cause of problems such as clogs, cracks, or sludge buildup in your pipes, we use advanced detection equipment to insert a camera into the pipes. This allows our trained experts to assess the issue without the need for manual searching and digging, saving time and effort. The camera footage also enables us to determine the best repair solution based on the type of pipeline material present in your sewer system.

Once the problem has been diagnosed and the pipe has been cleaned of waste and debris, we can proceed with the repair. One option is cured-in-place (CIPP) pipelining, which involves coating a flexible liner with epoxy resin and inserting it into the pipe through a small access point. The liner is then inflated to press it against the walls of the pipe and the epoxy is allowed to harden, creating a new, smooth, and durable surface that seals any cracks or damage and prevents corrosion and erosion. This process effectively repairs the pipe without the need for excavation, saving time and money.

How CIPP Lining Works & When It’s Recommended

Cured-in-place (CIPP) pipelining is a process that involves inserting a flexible liner coated with epoxy resin into the old pipe, inflating the liner to apply the resin to the inside of the pipe, and then removing the liner to allow the resin to cure and harden. After a few hours, the resin hardens and creates a new, smooth, and durable liner that effectively replaces the old pipe. The epoxy resin seals cracks and holes, covers corrosion and other damage, and creates a smooth surface for wastewater to flow through. CIPP pipelining can be used to repair a variety of pipe materials, including Orangeburg, PVC, cast iron, clay, and others, with diameters ranging from 2 to 12 inches.
